David Hind CMO

David Hind is a highly regarded Telecom Executive who has proven operational, financial and business development experience, and extremely well connected in the Telecom industry. Mr. Hind was CFO of the Qualcomm Joint Venture that launched CDMA devices into market place in the late 1990’s. He then went to Beijing and built Qualcomm China team resulting in 25 million subscribers added to CDMA network. Hind then travelled the world for Qualcomm doing business development resulting in lower device acquisition costs and recently retired. He holds Bsc from Acadia University in Canada.

George Mansho, Senior Vice President

George Mansho spent more than 17 years at Qualcomm, Inc. in various senior leadership roles in Qualcomm’s legal department; business development, strategic alliances, and mergers & acquisitions for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) business; international business development and operations focused on new global business opportunities for Qualcomm’s many international offices; and served as general manager of Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions’ (QWBS, now OmniTRACS, Inc.) international business group.

Before joining Qualcomm, George spent more than 13 years at Ball Corporation – a FORTUNE 500® packaging and aerospace company – where he held various management and legal positions, including vice president of international and commercial products for Ball’s communications division. George holds a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and practiced law in the State of Colorado and the Federal District Court.

Robbin Hughes, VP Engineering

Robbin Hughes is currently VP Engineering and software development architect for Cluster Wireless. From 1993–2008, Mr. Hughes was at Qualcomm, most recently as Principal Engineer/Director of Engineering. In fulfilling his roles at Qualcomm, Robbin was involved in software architecture, design, and development for 2G/3G/4G wireless chips, from MSM1 to the latest 7K/8K/9K products. He was also software product lead for the earliest commercial Qualcomm handsets, and helped pioneering CDMA network operators bring-up and optimize their systems. Robbin earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute in 1983 and George Mason University in 1986, respectively.

Ramesh Rajasekaran, Engineering Director,
Cluster Wireless Software India (P) Ltd

Ramesh Rajasekaran is responsible for managing Cluster Wireless’ software engineering in Chennai, India. Prior to joining Cluster Wireless’ leadership team, Ramesh held senior leadership roles in product development with Qualcomm, Ericsson and most recently Cisco. He has led group Base Station Controller (BSC)software architects and managed 2G/3G software releases for the past 15 years. Ramesh holds a B.E. in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Guindy, India and a M.S. in computer science from Kansas State University.

Joe Jumayao, VP of Business Development

Joe Jumayao is VP of Business Development for Cluster Wireless. Prior to joining Cluster Wireless, Joe held the role of Director of Global Channel Development with Verizon Enterprise Solutions managing M2M Alliances and Global Business Development after Verizon’s acquisition of Qualcomm’s 50% ownership of the nPhase joint venture. While in the joint venture, Joe served as Director of Business Development working on reseller relationships, as channel sales director with Verizon Wireless M2M sales teams and led nPhase’s global business development initiatives to promote use of nPhase’s M2M Connected Device Platform to MNOs in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. Joe holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Redlands.
